OUR Founder
I am a project and business analysis professional and trained mediator with experience working across technology, business and stakeholder environments. My professional background combines engineering, business analysis, project delivery and executive-level business education, giving her a practical understanding of how misalignment, competing interests and communication breakdowns can affect both relationships and outcomes.
My mediation approach is structured, calm and analytical, while remaining attentive to the people behind the dispute. I focus on helping parties clarify the issues, understand interests and explore practical options for moving forward.
